When you work in Unitas, we focus on that it must be a professional professional framework, it must be nice and fun at the same time as there must be great flexibility in the work week.

We have therefore emphasized that you get good tools to work with. It is not, by nature, a large toolbox of hardware when working with IT, so the tools that must be used are of high quality.

You also need food. Therefore, there is everything good from the fridge, fresh delicious bread and if there is something special you want for the lunch table, you just say yes and it will be traded. In addition, there is unlimited free access to coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Work from home? Of course. Much of the work we do, we can do from pretty much anywhere. For a full-time position, we prefer that you are in the office at least 2 days a week, and preferably more. But you are very welcome to work from home, from the cottage or whatever you fancy. The most important thing is that you are available during normal working hours, where customers also work.

Why is it important that you are also in the office several days a week? IN Unitas we want a culture based on unity and team spirit. It is therefore necessary to meet regularly if one is to succeed in building a good work culture. You will probably also find your colleagues very competent and socially sociable, and therefore automatically prioritize being in the office often.
