You need a CISO to keep an eye on threats, attacks on the road and general vulnerabilities. The CISO must be able to provide concrete advice and guidance to the management as well as solve some IT security and compliance tasks, so that you get resources set free. However, you do not need a full-time CISO.
Unitas therefore offers a CISO-as-a-service. Your CISO is basically given responsibility for your IT security policy, IT contingency plans and incident process. A CISO will also take part in the daily risk assessment and in the preparation of action plans in relation to IT security incidents.

The service thus also consists of more operational services, and you are therefore supported by a dedicated customer team, which assists you with the practical implementation of security. This team consists of an SDM and a Backoffice Security team that performs the deliveries as needed. It is your guarantee that when the CISO recommends changes, they will actually be implemented.
Finally, the CISO service consists of IT consultants who can take care of tasks that fall slightly alongside the CISO and SDM roles. It can, for example, be HERE
