Whether you specifically need law, engineering or reporting, I thus ensure that you get the assistance you want on time, so that you maintain a high level of compliance across the rules you have to comply with.

My work therefore primarily consists of making sure that the annual wheels we run in collaboration with you work noiselessly, so that you experience that we are helping you constructively.

GDPR implementation and annual cycle

I am included in Unitas' The GDPR compliance team together with my other talented colleagues.

Here I help you and your company with mapping, supplier screening, risk assessment and policies in connection with the implementation and documentation of GDPR in your company. I work with you both on-site and remotely.

I am also part of the team that runs your annual wheels, and you have a service agreement with me Unitas, it will thus be, among other things, me who, together with you, is able to carry out the tasks on an ongoing basis, including quality-assured IT contracts and data processor agreements, as well as ensuring correct mapping and that risk assessment is carried out.

In other words, I'm your extended arm with Unitas, when you do not have the time or opportunity to keep your annual wheels straight.

With a background as a lawyer and several years of practical experience with data protection, i.a. as DPO in a large Danish company, I help with effective compliance with relevant regulations in the area.

In the role of GDPR consultant, I solve both implementation tasks and operational tasks of a data protection law nature. In addition, I help with the legal assessment of e.g. basis of processing and location of data responsibility.

I am also part of the team that handles the DPO function. In this connection, I am involved e.g. in the preparation of impact analyzes and handling of breaches of personal data security, as well as ensures continuous monitoring of compliance with the data protection legal rules across your business.
