Processes and documentation
As an entrepreneur of several rounds in several industries, has enabled me to know a myriad of work processes, just as my work as a consultant for over 20 years in a large number of the country's large and large companies has enabled me to get me into the individual companies and their work processes quickly. The documentation of this is therefore straightforward and quite natural, as I also have a natural interest in structure, processes and well-done writing.
IT contingency plans, data classification, compliance documentation according to standards such as ISO2700x, PCI DSS, ISAE3402, ISAE3000 etc. Preparation of simple and complex IT security policies. Experience with numerous compliance, GRC and ISMS systems.
Handled DPO role for +5 years for several companies.
Technical
Technically, it is primarily Microsoft products and services that I have extensive experience with. I also know many other products, services and technicians.
Typically, I have held workshops with technicians, architects and decision-makers, where I talk about which rules apply, for example with regard to encryption, deletion policy or logging. This is followed by advice on how to practically implement these techniques and ensure that they go hand-in-hand with guidelines for the applicable type of compliance, e.g. GDPR.
If there is a Gordian compliance or IT security knot, I am usually the master at untying the knot and ensuring that you can move on.
The CEO role
I use all my professional experience and experience in running my own business in the role of CEO. My main role is to ensure the company's progress, and I do this through close dialogues with our customers and business partners, ensuring high quality in delivery and a workplace in which the individual employee feels welcome, safe and comfortable.
