What is it like to work in Unitas?
Unitas is a well-run company that specializes in information security, IT law and compliance.
Unitas was established in 2019 by Morten Schaumann and Jacob Georg Naur. With their many years of experience as IT security consultant and lawyer, they wanted, in short, to build a bridge between IT and law. The vision was then as now, that Unitas must be the customers' preferred external information security and compliance department.

What is important in Unitas?
The culture in Unitas is based on great openness from the management and among the employees, and that everyone wants to contribute with their knowledge. And there is a great focus on knowledge sharing, since you in Unitas working with colleagues who are as interested in information security and compliance as you are. We are geeks in the profession while we build a bridge between IT and law.

Quality - It is important to us that we always deliver quality to our customers and that our deliveries create value in our customers' business. This is one of the reasons why the consultants' business understanding is paramount alongside keeping their professionalism up to date. Therefore, there is also time set aside for meetings where knowledge is shared, and there is also a focus on individual talent development, which is planned continuously with our own internal Talent Development Coach.

Cooperation - We are a success when we succeed together. With Unitas we take care that we each bring specialist knowledge that will benefit all our customers. Therefore, we have built an organizational form that ensures that all consultants can contribute to the customers, even if it is the individual consultant who has customer responsibility. We call this form of organization a circle organization. It ensures that there is a dynamic work process with short decision-making paths, and that there is interdisciplinary cooperation between the IT security, GRC, CISO and GDPR consultants. In addition, the individual has a great deal of co-determination and a duty to take the initiative.

Joy - We strive to be a good workplace, where it is nice to be, and the willingness to help each other is great. There is a fantastically good atmosphere in the office and several social events throughout the year
Everyday structure with the possibility of great flexibility
I Unitas is it nice and fun at the same time that there must be great flexibility in the working week.
Work from home? Of course. Much of the work we do, we can do from pretty much anywhere. For a full-time position, we prefer that you are in the office at least 2 days a week, and preferably more. But you are very welcome to work from home, from the cottage or whatever you fancy. The most important thing is that you are available during normal working hours, where customers also work.
I Unitas we want a culture that is based on unity and good cooperation.
It is therefore necessary to meet regularly if you are to succeed in building a good work culture. You will probably also find your colleagues very competent and socially sociable and therefore automatically prioritize being in the office often. At least that is what we experience on a daily basis.
Technology and tools
We emphasize that you get good tools to work with. By nature, it is not a large toolbox of hardware when working with our work areas, so the tools that must be used are of high quality.
Food is important
You also need food. That's why there's everything good from the fridge, fresh delicious bread and if there's anything special you want for the lunch table, you just say it and it's done. In addition, there is unlimited free access to coffee, tea and soft drinks.
