With UNITAS we have been very successful since our start-up in 2019 with GDPR implementations, GDPR service and DPO role for a number of private and public companies.
It is a high priority at UNITAS, that our employees have the opportunity to develop professionally together with colleagues who either work with GDPR, other sets of rules or the ubiquitous relationship to information security.
Since there are more employees who already today take care of several of the roles, and this is an expansion of the function, and the role can therefore be adapted to some extent.
If you are most keen on the consulting part, it can gain a preponderance. If, on the other hand, you tend to meet at the same fixed location, the DPO function or the GDPR service function may be more for you. We have opportunities to organize the job on a reasonably broad scale, and do a lot to ensure that you have a good everyday life.
I UNITAS we have a very open and honest tone, help each other and ensure that customers do not become throwing balls between people and skills in the divide between law, compliance and technology. Socially, we are a small group of 14 employees, where togetherness and humor are a large part of everyday life.
The academic
We often refer to ourselves as a workshop. A workshop where we work dedicatedly to solving customers' challenges with e.g. quality assurance of data processor agreements, ensures supervision of data processors, carries out risk assessments, makes reviews to Datatilsynet oma We do that i.a. through service agreements and ad-hoc consulting services. We have checklists, templates and workflows and use effective compliance documentation systems that ensure efficient and uniform handling of the tasks at a high level.
In addition to the specific GDPR operational tasks, we also carry out tasks such as preparation for ISAE3000 declarations, preparation of inspection reports, etc.
As NIS2 and DORA are also finally adopted and gain traction, there will be a natural development in creating corresponding services, where we perform a number of tasks cf. Here, you will have a big influence on how it will finally take shape, should the interest be there.
