We are 19 employees and we are now expanding our Compliance-as-a-Service team with a new colleague.

About the role

You will be a central part of our Compliance-as-a-Service deliveries, where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for delivering the best service and advice within information security work to our customers.

In addition, you will be part of the continued work on the ongoing development of our Compliance-as-a-Service business with a focus on annual cycles, fixed service deliveries and quality assurance of ISMS so that compliance work lives in the customer's organization.

You will become part of our GRC/CISO team, which consists of both implementation consultants and service consultants, who work closely to ensure customers have the best solution.

Your tasks

• Setup and establishment of Compliance-as-a-Service deliveries at customers
• Design and implementation of annual wheels (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, etc.)
• Operation and maintenance of customers' annual cycles and governance structures
• Implementation of regular service activities (risk assessments, controls, reporting)
• Planning and execution of ongoing compliance activities
• Preparation for and implementation of internal and external audits
• Preparation of policies, procedures and documentation
• Create continuity and progress in the client's compliance work

Job description in practice

You work closely with your colleagues who are responsible for the implementation - so that you get to know their organization early in the collaboration with the customer.

You will help ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operation and thus ensure that information security is anchored in the customer's organization. You will document risks and controls in a GRC system, advise the customer and ensure progress through annual cycles and fixed deliveries.

Your profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in GRC, information security or IT auditing
• Experience with ISO 27001, ISAE or similar framework
• Understanding of governance, risk management and control environments
• Experience with auditing or similar control work
• Ability to work in a structured manner with annual cycles and fixed deliveries
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Danish and English
• Ability to work independently and at the same time collaborate with your colleagues
• Certifications such as CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer are an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are curious and would like to contribute to the continued development of Unitas Ltd.
